I was shocked and hated to hear of Phil's death. He was someone I spoke too almost daily. Although I never met him in person, he made an impact on mine and many others lives. He was a great friend and encourager. I will miss him and think of him often. He had such a great sense of humor and I could tell he was a very hard worker. He was such a proud father and spoke of his children often. My thoughts and prayers are with his friends and family today as they gather to honor this precious life...

Although I only knew Phil for a few years, I, as well as many others, grew to love and respect him for the friend and man he was. Always quick to cheer up a friend or offer help/advice in any situation. For this and many other reasons, he will be greatly missed.
My condolences go out to his family and friends for the loss of a great human being; I only hope his traits have rubbed off on all the people he has ever met.
God's speed to your heavenly home my friend, God's speed....
