Not sure what to say?

Sorry to hear about this. Phil and the entire Ruocco's were a fun family group. Hello Ruocco family. its been a long time.

I grew up with Phil in Painted Post. We crossed paths in 1954/1955 upon his family moving in to their home on Steuben Street. I was on my tricycle and was riding up the block and saw Phil. I didn't know at that time we would be friends from Kindergarten thru graduation at West High. After Phil got married, I really never connected again with him. We enjoyed hanging out with the gang and remember many sleep-outs on the Ruocco's front porch, even on some frosty fall nights. Thank you Sandy...

My deepest heartfelt sympathy to the Ruocco family. I have so many fond memories when we were children growing up together. We would flip our baseball cards on the porch for hours.
Rest In Peace my friend.

Phil was one of the best men I've known. I have so many fond memories of Phil on vacations, and just drinking beers at a picnic table. We would laugh and laugh... such a fun loving guy. I want to send my condolences to Sandy, Leon and Tom and the Ruocco family. He was a great father, husband, brother and friend. Rest in peace my friend.

Sandy and extended family,
We were saddened to learn of Phil's passing. After working with Phil and serving on the Morse Chain Ithaca Employees Federal Credit Union Board for many years, we wil miss his quick wit, sense of humor and warm personality. Please accept our sincere condolences.
