He was truly special-a great guy with a big heart. I´ll miss him. Go Huskies...

My deepest condolences go out to Rosie, Matthew, Phil, Michael, Vinny & Kenny. Your father was a good man & was like a father to the neighborhood kids as well. I know that he will be sadly missed. May he rest in peace in the arms of our Lord, I pray this in Jesus' name..

Loved so much working with Phil at Coldwell Banker. Enjoyed the times he spoke of his sons, and the whole family. He was a great guy and will be greatly missed.

My condolences for your loss. Growing up in the Charcoal Pond neighborhood, Phil was like a second father and big brother. He loved sports and always had tine to teach us and even play with us. As a fellow realtor, it was always a pleasure to have a transaction with him. His character, honesty and professionalism was evident. He was a great man!
