Not sure what to say?

This has taken the breath out of me. I worked closely with Phil on a few deals and he was wonderful to work with as well as a great person. I just found this today and I am very saddened. Please Lord, bless his wife and daughters today and everyday and give them the knowledge to know that he loved them and talked about them often with me and that he will always be watching overt them. God Bless you Philip.

So sad to hear this news. I worked with Phil on a property and had several interactions with him. He was a genuinely good man and I really am glad that I met him. God bless your family and him and please accept my condolences.

I had only briefly met Phil, may he rest in peace, a few times over the years, but did have an occasion to visit him at his office some two years or so ago on a potential real estate investment. What an outstanding individual, honest, ethical, open and just a joy to be around. My deepest condolences on your horrific loss. Be strong and find solace in the many fond family memories you shared and carry on in his footsteps.

Just played the organ for Philip's service. A great honor.

Lollie, you and your girls will continue to be in my prayers. My condolences.

Dear Sharon and Family,
We send our sympathy, thoughts and prayers. We remember the Scheble family with fondness from our days in Albemarle. May God be with you.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you Scheble Family. May God comfort you all during this time.

I knew Phillip and his sweet family when he was a student at Albemarle High School. I remember him well as being an exceptional young man. He was a friend to all and the most caring young man I have ever known. Everybody he came In contact with is a better person for knowing him. Phillip Scheble will be missed in the hearts and lives of all those who knew and loved him. My most sincere condolences to all his family. Sandy W. Saunders , Albemarle, NC
