I was saddened to read of Pastor Schout's passing. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Holland when I was a teenager. He would preach from time to time while the church was under the leadership of Pastor Arnold Weaver. Pastor Schout always had moving sermons and a kind word for everyone he came in contact with.
