Phil's accomplishments in his life, as impressive as they are, pale before the magnificence of his character. Phil was a friend, fellow board member and and the member of a wonderful family I had the pleasure of knowing through my profession. He left a mark on the economy and spirit of the Centre Region and especially on the Borough of Bellefonte that shall be everlasting. The family has lost a wonderful man and we have lost a wonderful friend.

To a lifelong friend and classmate, may you rest in peace. I'm glad I made the journey to visit you a few years back, and enjoyed our great evening together!

It is with sadness that I have learned about the passing of Phil. We first met as in the early 1940 as my father worked for his father at Titan
Metal Manufacturing Co. We quickly became friends and were team mates in High School and classmates in College. Golf became a very enjoyable get together for us each summer. I will miss our phone conversations in which we solved the problems of the world.
RIP my friend, you will be missed more than you know.
