Phil was my business partner and CPA for many years. He was also a very gracious and considerate friend. I admired is knowledge of accounting and evaluation of business opportunities . Phil had a great sense of humor and we had outstanding times together. Phil was more than a friend, more like a close brother. I will miss him.
