Phil was a very special man to Rick and I. I'll miss his quick smile and happy greeting each time you saw him.

Rick enjoyed talking with Phil about his days on the submarine & every now and then, they'd take the sports car out and defy the local police to pull them over!

We'll miss him dearly.
