I was closest with Philips mother Elsie because she was like a mother to me from a very young age...even though I technically was her great nephew. Phil and I go back to the 40's when we were kids. He moved in with my family and me back then for a while and we used to travel "Westcott St." together. Sorry for losing him and condolences to his family.
