Phil and his family provided scholarship assistance to talented children from our region through the Margaret Steiger Scholarship at Wilbraham & Monson Academy. Phil took a strong interest in the students and their progress and he was so much fun to work with and talk to. My thoughts are with Marjorie and his family.
