Philip Brian Tobias

At Bishop Ahr, Phil proved himself to be a gentleman, which was a rare thing for a high school kid. I have always appreciated how he gave up his time to help our Decathlon of Knowledge team (and did well); he was a fine soccer player and a great role model for my younger brother, Brian. I offer my deepest condolences to his family, especially Jason; I only hope that we can all take inspiration from Phil's determination to succeed--and from the success he did know in life.

There is no words to discribe how I'm feeling now. I can say that you spoke highly of him. Even though I never formaly introduce myself to Brian I felt as if we would have still known each other if we had met out on the streets. Phil will forever be remembered for his warm and pleasant disposition and solid work ethic. He was my friend, someone I could always laugh and commune with. He will truly be missed.
