Not sure what to say?

Our families lived houses apart our fathers were brothers you were always "Philly" and my brother was "junior" {actually also Philip}. You were close in age and had the same wonderful low-key personality. Now you are happily together again!Someone get out the cards!! We will love and miss you as one of the last of the true gentlemen and "good guys."

I will always remember his great sense of humor, infectious laugh and kind ways! My heart, thoughts and prayers go out to Carol, Jude, Beth, Lisa and your families! RIP, dear cousin!

A special smile, a special face, in our hearts, a special place, memories are a gift to treasure, ours of you will last forever.

Phil was a great man. He had such a kind heart and was a joy to talk with. He will be missed. I'm sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you Carol and family.
