Read MoreSo sorry to hear of Phil´s passing. I worked with Phil at AVX and no one knew the nuts and bolts of the manufacturing of LICA like Phil did. After he retired he was always there to help us with any problems. Enjoyed many CC hockey games and tailgating with Phil & Sara at the Air Force Academy. My sincere condolences for Sara and family.
