Van Dusen, Philip W. of Plymouth, MN, age 62, retired his jovial sarcasm and wit on October 12, 2005. Phil will continue to be loved and remembered by his son, Jim (Karla) Van Dusen of MN; his granddaughter, Madison; along with his former wife and friend, Bonnie Van Dusen, also of MN. Mr. Van Dusen is survived by his mother, Joyce Palermo of Lake Orion; his brothers, Bob (Willie) Van Dusen of Lapeer and Michael (Jan) Palermo of Sylvan Lake; and sister, Joy Puvogel of Lake Orion. They too will continue to celebrate his life. He is preceded in death by his father, Philip H.; and step father, James Palermo. Phil was a United States Air Force Veteran having served during Vietnam. Phil was an entrepreneur and a chef. Burial took place in Michigan. Memorial contributions may be directed to American Cancer Society.

I just want you to know you I am thinking about you, I know how hard it is to lose someone so close. It was truly a shock to me. You know your Dad was special to me and we had a lot of laughts together over the years. May you hold his memory near, I know he loved you very much.
