Not sure what to say?

Phil, Thanks for Your Service to God and Country. Thanks for looking after my son at a low point in his life. You are a role model too many of us and remain a close and dear friend. Born to Life. Born to Eternal Life. God Bless!!

A Wonderful Man and a Good Friend. Just heard of the sad news that Phil had passed away.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Vitello Family.

It was so sad to hear of Phil's passing. Our family's go back to when we were at St. Gilbert grade school. He was a wonderful person and will be missed. I wish I could be at the service but unfortunately I am in New Orleans. My deepest sympathy, thoughts and prayers are with your whole family.

My partner Dave Einhorn and I played golf with Phil in the Monday night league at VHGC for many years. He was a wonderful person to be around. Always laughing (even when the golf wasn't so good). We will miss him very much.
Thom Koch Jr.

Phil was a wonderful son to his parents and will be missed by us all. Rest in Peace!

Steve, I am so sorry to hear of Phil's death. He was a good guy and a nice person.

Rest in Peace old friend. Lani & Rip Cord

I was lucky enough to call "Uncle Phil" a friend! He had a great big heart under that gruff exterior and it was so much fun to make him laugh! Thank you for sharing him with us at the Sheriffs Office. He was one of a kind.

A good friend worked with Phil for 20years in corrections he will be missed
