Philip L. Walter

I knew Phil mostly as a supervisor and boss when we´re working for Dallas Township Rd., Department and the Summers of 1979 and 1980. He was fair, considerate and respectful, and with Frank Wagner Wagner set standards on how to work for and with people that I still reference everyday. We worked hard, and enjoyed it. And Phil was the father of a friend who I trust to this day and know to be a person of good character. Thanks to you Phil!

Phil will be a close friend of mine and my family for as long as I live. We have enjoyed each others company in so many times, good and bad. Blessings to him and his family. May he rest in peace.
