Not sure what to say?

Karen, Kim,and Kevin - It was an honor to live across the street from your Dad (& Mom) for 18 years! We loved chatting with Phil and Carla and I enjoyed ribbing your Dad about his 'independent spirit' his last few years on Peach St. He was so proud of all you and I'm lucky to have known him. My deepest sympathy
