PHIL WAS A GREAT BOSS....I WORKED FOR HIM FROM 1972 UNTIL HE RETIRED......IN THE SF OFFICE......IT WASN'T THE SAME WHEN HE RETIRED.....THE OTHER BOSSES WHO CAME AFTER.....HADN'T WORKED THEIR WAY UP THRU THE RANKS....AND DIDN'T KNOW DODGE LIKE PHIL DID....GORDON WATKINS WAS THE EXCEPTION....

PHIL WAS ALSO A CAT LOVER.....EVEN THO HE WAS AN AVID BIRDWATCHER......HE AND LINDA ADOPTED 2 ORPHAN KITTENS OF...

I was just informed of Phil's passing and was greatly saddened by the news. I will forever remember the wonderful memories we had and express my condolences to you Linda. I will always remember him and felt so lucky that our paths had crossed. With love.

I can't believe he is gone. He was the best boss anyone could ever have. This year's 25 Year Club will not be the same without him. He will remain in my heart and in my prayers forever.
