Phillip Carl Ayersman

Phillip was born on June 27, 1936 and passed away on Monday, September 24, 2018. Phillip was a resident of Cheat Lake, West Virginia at the time of passing. Interment will follow at Zion Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to WV Caring, P. O. Box 760, Arthurdale, WV 26520.
