Mr Bechard was always a very kind man, a gentle soul, very sorry for your loss.

Gloria, Paul, Tom:Charlie & I are so sorry to hear of Phil's passing. We had no idea he was ill, other than the ususal complaints we all have.
He was such a rugged guy, climbing trees, putting docks & boats in & out of the lake.
We have wonderful memories of good times long past. He was a good husband, father, friend & neighbor. He will be sadly missed. Charlie & Connie Howell
