Phillip Micheal Blackmon

Mr. Phillip Micheal Blackmon, age 43, a resident of Hooks, Texas passed away on Sunday, January 26, 2003 in the Wadley Regional Medical Center in Texarkana.

He was born on December 5, 1959 in Terrell, Texas to David and Nettie Blackmon. He was a tree cutter and a member of the Eastview United Penecostal Church in Hooks, Texas.

Mr. Blackmon is survived by three daughters: Sarah Blackmon and Amanda Blackmon, both of Delight, Arkansas and Sandra Blackmon of Oil City, Louisiana; his mother: Nettie Blackmon of Hooks, Texas and two brothers: Jerry Donald Blackmon and Odis Lee Blackmon both of Hooks.

Funeral Services for Mr. Blackmon will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 28, 2003 in the Grannis United Penecostal Church with Rev. F.L. Diven and Rev. D.A. Lewis officiating. Burial will follow in the Grannis Cemetery, under the direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home in De Queen.
