Not sure what to say?

Phil was such a bright light. I remember meeting him at Kings Point and immediately hitting it off talking about authors we had read. He was a brilliant guy and had a big heart. He spoke so lovingly about his children whom I had not met. We shared a love of New Orleans and the last time I saw him was there. This is gut-wrenching. He chose an important job for his career. My sincere condolences. I am grateful for knowing Phillip. He was a great friend during the MEL program in 2004-2005 and luckily we managed to reconnect a few times later in Rotterdam and in the USA.

I still remember the friendliness and curiosity of Phillip. He´ll be missed and my thoughts go to his family.

Please accept my deepest condolences during this challenging time.
