Mr. Brookins came into my life and influenced it in so many ways while I was a college student. He was smart, kind, caring, diligent, and an all around amazing human being. I offer my condolences to his family and loved ones.

Phillip was an extremely smart, wonderful, kind and considerate man. I have so many memories of him having worked with him for several years but my most favorite memories are when we would go to lunch together and I would drive. I believe that is the only time I saw him worried. He will be missed but his legacy will forever live.

Phillip Brookline lived a truly impressive, positive life that benefitted many. Gerry, my sympathy is sent with love to your family. May your love and memories sustain you.
