We lived next to Phil on Lakeside Drive for 14 years. Phil was such a wonderful neighbor. We looked forward to seeing him everyday. When we moved recently, we knew we would miss the neighborhood, but, knew how much we would especially miss Phil. He was always waving hello and goodbye as we all came and went on our daily jaunts.
