He knew I needed a change and a safe place to work and brought me up to the finance department and gave me a chance. He was patient and kind, explaining banking to a person with a degree Bachelors of Arts in English. He taught me, not just about banking, but about leading with respect and building a team. Truly the best boss I ever had.
