My family and I had the pleasure of living next to Phil and Carol a couple years back, we so missed having them as neighbors after we moved but so thankful we kept in touch. My husband grew very close to Phil and even after we moved almost hour away he still loved going over and helping Phil out around the house with things. I will certainly miss seeing Phil most every day I would drive by for the past 14 years. He would always wave and smile. When he mowed the huge back yard, he would pop his head and talk to Steve (before Steve moved out of the neighborhood). Nutmeg was always out there with Phil. My condolences to Carol and family.
