Phil was such a great neighbor. So sad to hear about his passing, I will miss his Good Afternoons when I go off to work in the morning since he always commented he started his days at 4am. My family will miss his small talks as well. He will be missed. May he Rest In Peace ... Roz, Ali & T .

Phill was a great guy he did favors for everybody in the neighborhood especially for my Dad who just passed allso.I will miss him & one more thing he was the biggest Patriots fan in Western Ma.

It was truly an honor to be a co-worker still for the Republican for many years. He always came in a happy person and always remember him for that.
