Phillip Kenneth "Phil" Frame Sr.

Phillip was a school mate and neighbor. When we started kidergarten in Elk Grove Elementry, We lived on Batey Ave. We walked to school together. When the Frames wanted him home they rang the school bell in their yard. On a cold dark night he ran around the block to fall out of a tree, to scare us after a school program and sheet music flew in every diirection down Elk Grove Bld. I missed him at the last reuion. God Bless him and his family, Bobby Lynn Frost.

My heart aches at the passing of Brother Phil! He was a gentleman, a Masonic friend, and was funeral master at the services for my late father, Jack A. Miller. Rest in peace, my friend.
