Died April 27, 2006 Phillip Brooks Franks, 64, of Huntsville passed away Thursday. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today at Grant Memorial Chapel with Bro. Clayton Tuggle officiating. Interment will follow in Free Home Cemetery.
