There isn´t a better Father, Grandpa, Great Grandpa, Husband, Uncle, or Friend ever. When I was little my dad used to bribe me to go to the store with him. He´d say "if you go, I´ll buy you Reese´s cup." He loved going to any activity that his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren were involved in. At one point he worked 3 jobs, but always made time for his family and children. He will be terribly missed.My dad is the one with the broken arm and I´m the little girl. Always daddy´s...

Phil was such a kind and caring man. He and Della had the kind of love you don't see often. I remember it as something to aspire for. My deepest condolences to your family. though he may be gone from this earth his endearing spirit will live on. I hope the fond memories you hold will ease the pain of losing him. May he rest in peace. I am the former wife of Della's nephew Ronnie Jr.

Phil was my second cousin. I visited Phil and Della several times. Saw his awards and his Harley. He was a great man. I didn't know him until he and Della attended my father's wake at Sunset Memorial in 2012. I loved hearing about my extended Franz family. Such an amazing, great man. My sincere condolences to Della and his family.
