Phillip Gonterman

Phillip Gonterman, age 57, of Glenwood, Iowa, died at his home on September 17, 2009.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Gonterman.

Phillip is survived by his mother, Edith Gonterman of Bonaparte, Iowa; children, Phillip Carl Gonterman, Jr. and wife, Laurie Ann and their daughters, RyAnne and Tatum of Hillsdale, Ill., Blake Gonterman of Chandler, Ariz., Matthew Gonterman of Creston, Iowa, and Joshua Gonterman of the United States Marine Corps, serving in Japan; life companion, Lorri Seufert; brother, Marty Gonterman and wife, Roberta of Bonaparte, Iowa.

Funeral services and Military Honors will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday, September 21, 2009 at Hertz Funeral Home in Glenwood followed by fellowship and lunch with the family. Burial will be at a later date at Bonaparte, Iowa. A memorial fund has been established.
