My sympathy to the family of Phil Hilbert. He was my husband's (Carl J. Eck) first cousin. Phil was in our wedding 60 years ago in Cleveland. We lived in Florida for 31 years and I now reside in South Carolina near my daughter as I lost Carl in 2000. Again, my sympathy to all the family.
