Read MoreI knew Phil and Lorraine years ago when Phil, Carlos, Larry and others all were great pals. Phils uncle had the place in Red Rock and Phil had to stay and run it while his pals went off to serve during Korea. His Uncle and Aunt were friends of my parents and his uncle loved horse races.
