Phillip Isaac

I recently heard of Phil's passing and wanted to express my deepest sympathy to your family. I worked under Phil in the Rocky River School District while he was the Director of Learning Resource Services. Phil always had a very positive approach advocating for the special education needs of countless students throughout the district. He was a great boss and friend. Peace to all of you.

So sorry for your loss! I knew Phil years ago when he was with Rocky River School. I was very involved as a volunteer for 25 years and came in contact with Phil thru meetings, committees! Etc! He was a true "Class Act" enjoyed working with him!
