Not sure what to say?

Dear Marilyn, We were sorry to hear of Phil's death. David considered him a close friend way back when. Our prayers are with you. David and Karen Bitner

Marilyn and Family,

You are in our thoughts and prayers. We appreciate the love and support you and Phillip have shown to Tiffany throughout the years. We know Tiffany had a great love for both of you and your family.

Dear Marilyn & Family

I just learned today of Phillip's passing. I recently re-established contact with Dave (Tadje). From him I learned of Phil's cancer. My life was enriched having had Phil as a friend in our younger years. My love and sympathy to your family.

Most sincerely, Alan Anthony

Marilyn and family, So sorry that you lost your partner and best friend. I remember our friendship so fondly, Love, Shirley VanderWerff

Linda and I had the extreme good fortune to have known Phillip and his family now for more than 30 years... in raising daughters together; serving in numerous church callings; sharing temple trips, family vacations, and "boys" road trips over the years; joining our resources and skills in business activities; and enduring the shared "pleasures" of numerous construction projects in the Texas heat, including the sand storms or west Texas at Midland.

We will miss him greatly on this...

Dear Marilyn & Family-
I had been aware that Phil wasn't doing well from Craig Sorensen. It's hard to believe as a contemporary that he's actually passed on.

Phil's life was one of extraordinary accomplishment. With his personality, it's no wonder he touched so many lives.

All of us from MVIII will remember his engaging ways that always livened things up when he was around. I remember that he loved to listen to Wes Bowen & All That Jazz on public radio way back in...

Dear Marilyn and family,
We are saddened at the loss of Phillip and for your pain during this difficult time. Both Melanie and I will always remember how both of you welcomed us to Waco. We will miss Phillip at the annual Christmas ornament party with his smile, laugh and humor. I will miss seeing him and sitting with him in choir, but knowing he is in the choir in heaven brings a smile to my face. We love you, and are here for you.

Growing up with Emily and Amy allowed me to have this wonderful man's influence in my life. I am forever grateful for his wise counsel and love for me. He will be missed.
