Shirley, I had the privilege of working with Phil for many years at Wickes and have so many fond memories of our time together. In fact, when I was asked to move to Vernon Hills from Indianapolis to take the role of Senior VP of Operations I told our COO that I would only take the job under one condition, and that was that I could have Phil move with me to become the Operations Controller for the company.
