Phillip W. Mange

Very sad to read of Mr. Mange's passing! My mother and I met him and his daughter at Culver's a little over a year ago, and very much enjoyed conversing with him, discussing politics and his many remarkable accomplishments. He was an incredible, amazing and unforgettable man! Virginia, you took excellent care of your dad, and we are so sorry for your loss.
