So sorry for your loss. I had the privilege of working with Phil for the last several years. He was always quick to coach and mentor but always with a gentle hand. He will be greatly missed. Our prayers are with you during this difficult time.

Great picture and a beautiful tribute; I love that Phil is smiling even though he is wearing the dreaded tie! Phil was a huge influence in my life, I'm incredibly fortunate to have been part of his credit team at LNB and also to have been able to call him my friend. Words cannot express this tragic loss.
