I was so sorry to hear of Phil's death. I wasn't aware that he had suffered from Alzheimer's but I know from personal experience what a devastating disease it it.
Phil was always a special man in my opinion. I first met him when he was with TET and worked with him even more closely at Southwestern. He always seemed to have a smile and to enjoy life. Doing business wiht him was pleasurable because of his honesty and sincerity.
