Read MoreI had the privilege of having Dr. Middleton as my ENG 250 and African Lit professor. He made class enjoyable with his sense of humor and energy. An example of a great teacher. To this day, I carry on his sense of humor in my own classroom. Prayers and well wishes to his wife and daughter.

Phil was my English 250 professor at Ferris State University back in 2011. He had a very intriguing way of teaching and kept the class interested. I´m saddened to hear of his passing, condolences to his family, friends and previous colleagues.
