Not sure what to say?

Our sincere condolences to the Milligan family. We have so many fond memories of one of the hardest working families in area in which we all grew up.

Loved to shop at Milligan Meat Market in my younger days and Red always waited on me, my parents shopped there when I was very young, best meat in Michigan!! R.I.P. Red my thoughts and prayers are with the Milligan family.

It was such sad news to hear of Red’s passing. I will always remember him as someone who gave more than he took. He taught me the value of working hard, enjoying your friends, and that a smile will always say more to a customer than words. I will be forever grateful that I had Red and Margaret Milligan in my formative years. May he Rest In Peace. To Margaret and the family, Bev and I will say our quiet prayers that Red’s
memories will help you through this loss of such a special soul....

My condolences to the entire Milligan family, especially Gwen and Jake, Carrie and Bobbie. Red was a great person, hard worker, and I consider myself privileged to have known him.
Rest in peace.

Sorry to hear of “Red’s” passing! My thoughts and prayers go out to Margaret and her entire family! May he Rest In Peace in God’s loving arms!

I was his housekeeper at Henry Ford. We talked for about an hour throughout the day. My boyfriend, Sean McCulloch, still buys hay from the family. This truly broke my heart when I seen this

I'm surprised and saddened by the passing of my neighbor Red Milligan.
We've lived across the street from each other for decades. We would speak to each other now and then and always wave as he and Margaret would drive past as I was out walking my dog.
A good man! God Bless and God Speed.

Our condolences to the Milligan Family. May Red Rest In Peace & enjoy everlasting life.

I remember Red from when I was a little girl in Tompkins Center. It was like a family outing to go to Milligans on the weekend to get our meat. Red was always there, smiling and joking with a twinkle in his eye while chewing his gum hundred miles an hour. He made wrapping and tying meat an art. Later in my life, up until about 15 years ago, I would go to the farm on Stepladder Road to pick up hay for my horse. No matter what the weather Red would be out there working, hopping on and off...
