To the entire Panepinto family,

I am so sorry to learn of your dad's passing, and am deeply sorry that I did not get to attend his funeral service.

One of my greatest and lasting childhood memories was spending many hours in 1955 watching "Mr. Phil" restore his Piper J-3 Cub in that old barn across from our pasture in Marrero! He was such a kind, patient person who was a wonderful role model for a ten-year old kid crazy about aviation. I was so fortunate to have that...

Lyle, Lane and Lance...so sorry to hear about your dad's passing. Many good memories of him hanging out with my dad.

Just saw the obit via e-mail from my aunt. So sorry to hear of Mr. Phil's death. Mom and I have so many fond memories of him and the family. He and Dad can resume their friendship in Heaven. Our deepest condolences to Lyle, Lane, and Lance and their families.

I only met Mr. Phil a few times with my dad, but he was always nice to me. Our thoughts and prayers are with Lance, Lane, Lyle and your families.

Dear Lance, Paula, Lance and family,

Our thoughts and prayers are with you always, but especially now.

Huey & Lisa Farrell

I have great memories of Mr. Phil. He gave me my first real job as a line boy at Southern Seaplane on Peters Road when I was in high school(1968-70). Mr. Phil and the other pilots at Southern helped me get an early and exciting start to my aviation career. He was a kind and forgiving man and I am privileged to have known him. I will add him and the family in my daily prayers.

Lance, Paula and your entire family are remembered in our daily prayers. May the wonderful memories of your father give you peace during this time of mourning. May God bless you today and always! Love you!

Lane, Lyle, Lance, and all of the Panepinto Family, our loving condolences on your loss. My father, Paul Belsome, and Mr. Phil were real good friends and I always liked the stories my Father told me about Mr. Phil. He was respected in all of his adventures. Our thoughts and prayers are covering you all. God Bless, John and Cathy Belsome

Lane, Lyle & Lance, You and the entire Panepinto Family are in our thoughts and prayers. With Much Love from your Cousin, Rick & Leslie Porche
