Not sure what to say?

What a wonderful, endearing, charming man!! His smile filled every room he was in. His warmth and his zest for life will always be remembered.....even if he was a buckeye!! :) . He was loved by many. I am touched and fortunate to have had shared so many wonderful times with him!! I will cherish those memories-always!! May God bless you "Mr Parker"--your family and your friends--as he holds you all in the palm of his hands- during this very difficult time. . Keeping you and your loved ones in...

Phil was a member of our Loudonville class , 1957. I saw him at our last reunion and he was a happy guy. He will be missed. Sorry for your loss.

Knew Phil as "Eric's Dad" and always thought he was such a neat personality. Had the pleasure of being a house guest back in the 80's and getting to know all the boys. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

We at Consulting Engineering Group, Inc. worked with Phil and his staff for many years and he will be missed. Our prayers to his family.

So sorry to hear that Phil passed away. I worked with Phil for years at Westinghouse and also played some sports with him on the various Westinghouse teams. He was one of the really nice guys. When I heard of his passing, the image that immediately came to my mind was Phil with a big smile on his face (combined with the sound of that little laugh that he had....usually associated with giving someone the business).

I will love you forever! Your sister, Nita
