Phillip Michael Parks

The Bordas Family give our condolences to Barbara and his children. My late husband, David, and I fondly remember our trip to Ireland with Phil. His sense of humor and desire to get to know a person, making them feel welcome, will be greatly missed. Rest in Peace!

I had a brief acquaintance with Phil at St. Meinrad Seminary nearly 60 years ago and more recently with a group of fellow alumni over ZOOM meetings. I remember him as a wonderful, wonderful man from long ago that was fully reconfirmed in our more recent engagements over the past year. My condolences to all his family and friends. I will miss him!

I am so sorry to hear of Phil's passing. Phil was the true example of what a counselor should be, his knowledge,compassion and warmth served not only students but staff and administration as well. I still remember one hectic day when everone was feeling frazzled, Phil walking out of his office with a plastic duck.
