Phil was a wonderful caring loving man. He had a laugh and smile that always warmed hearts. He was my sister JoAnns rock. He held her up and guided her life. He is very much missed and I feel with my very being my sister would still be alive had he not passed away. Thank you Phill for all the love you gave her.

You ment so much to me,to us, all of us, we looked to you for so much of your wisdom, pep talks, advice and love. You have always been there for all of us. Words cannot expalin how much you will be missed. I know I cherished every moment we had with you on this earth. I can't wait to see and hug you again. You gave the best hugs. I am so sorry to hear of Phil passing away. I have know Phil ever since I was alittle kid. He was such a great man. I will remember him as funny,his laugh,his sincerety,great personality, his warmth, and his love for working on cars.My deepest sympathies go out to his family and specially to George. I will miss you Phil you were a one of a very special great person. I'm so sorry George, for you lossing your Brother and Best Friend.My prayers go out to you all.

Phil, You'll always be one of the finest men I've ever known. My sister Jo Ann was truly a lucky woman to have been your wife. Your Children,Grand-children, extended family & friends were all givin a Special gift having you in their lives (for far to short a time) I've never heard anything but praise when people speak of you. He was my first love! What a very special guy. He touched a lot of lives and made alot of people smile. I'm so glad he touched my life.

So sorry to hear of Phil's sudden death. He was a great neighbor. I will miss his friendly waves and helpful nature.

Phil was one of the kindest persons that I have ever known. He will be sorely missed at all of the birthday parties,holiday dinners and summer barbeques that were held at his brother George's house. He was the best husband to Jo Ann, a great brother and friend to George and very much loved by Clint, Katie, and Elizabeth and all of their children.
