Phil was a member and Elder of the NASCO Movement (Native American Student Community Organization) for many years. He was a real liked and respected man. Phil was lots of fun and liked picking on people in joking manner. Phil help with Land of Falling Waters Traditional Pow Wow and was in charge of admissions along with many other hats he wore. He will be sadly missed. May you a swift journey, as you take one coat off and put on another to start your new journey in life in the spirit...
