My thoughts and prayers have been with you during this terrible tragedy.........When I came into town on Monday, the 8th of March, the boys came over to Renee, Phil & Dustin's house. I would like to express our thoughts and prayers to the family. Phillip was a great kid with a kind and loving heart, we thought alot of him. Phillip always had friends surrounding him,friendship that ment the world to him. My husband and I knew Phillip through my niece, Amber Gooch, they spent alot of time at our house.
