Not sure what to say?

I just found out after all this time that Phil had passed. I lost touch years ago and just saw this on a search. Phil was a really good childhood friend in Petersburg. Phil, Pete and I used to run and bike all over the neighborhood until they moved away in like 1987? The best memory is when we won the little league title in 83’ with those guys on the team. I caught up with Phil for the last time in 1999 in Chesapeake, VA and we had a good time hanging out. It is really sad to hear...

I believe is the same Phil Robinson I knew in the AF Film Service in San Bernardino. He did the film "Field of Dreams"?

Mary, Krissy, Peter, and Paul: Sometimes there are no words other than "Peace be with you." I'll be thinking of you and Phil on Saturday and beyond.

Tears filled my eyes when I saw Phils picture in the paper. I haven't seen him since he was 17 years old. We worked at Showbiz together in Parkersburg, WV. He was always smiling and so sweet. I'm very heartbroken over his passing. Prayers for your family. Sandy Johnson Enoch PHS class of 1989.

Mary, Kristina, Pete and Paul,
Where do I start...Phil and I have so many fond memories. I wrote on Facebook today how Phil and I were like brothers. This is true on so many levels. We have such a long history and past. I am so glad that I got to speak with Phil on the phone a few months ago. We all know Phil had some tough battles to deal with. I tried...at times maybe I didn't try enough. Sometimes life gets in the way at inopportune times. When we spoke on the phone, he sounded good....

Pete and family, I'm so sorry to hear about Phil's passing. I'll always remember his smile and playing tennis at the City park. Thinking about you and your family.

Pete and family,

I am sorry to hear of the passing of Phil. We had so many great times in school and on the tennis courts as PHS Big Reds. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.
