Phillip was born on December 8, 1931 and passed away on Wednesday, September 27, 2017. Phillip was a resident of Wyatt, Missouri at the time of passing. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., Friday, September 29, 2017, at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston. Interment will follow in the I.O.O.F. Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
