Ive had the pleasure of knowing Phillip Ray for many years. I was deeply saddened to hear of his passing. He was always a wonderful person to me. I loved him dearly, Ill miss him immensely, and he will never be forgotten. His memory will remain in my heart forever!

You were truly a shining bright light and the world has become a dimmer place without you. Rest In Eternal Peace Ray.

To Mary and family, my sincere condolences go out to you and the entire family in the loss of Phillip Ray. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. May God continue to strengthen you during this difficult time.

Rev. Phillip Ray Ruffin was a friend and a man of great character. He served the Church and his family with pride and dignity and he will be greatly missed. We are praying for First Lady Mary Ruffin and the Ruffin family.
